Ensuring that the West Valley Water District prioritizes the needs of its Customers/Rate Payers. 

• Represent the interests of the West Valley Water District rate payers and create transparent practices within the district;
• Ensure that the West Valley Water District provides affordable, sustainable and reliable services;
• Eliminate wasteful spending and scrutinize budgetary practices throughout the district;
• Expand local hiring and job training programs, to ensure that residents within our communities are exposed to opportunities and careers in the water industry.
